Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this minimum age and that the account details you provide are accurate.

You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account. One account per person; keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and tell us through the configured support contact if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or submit career facts you know to be false in order to mislead an employer;
• impersonate another person or build a profile from someone else’s data without their permission;
• probe, overload, or circumvent the service’s security controls, rate limits, or usage caps;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its job-posting data;
• upload content that infringes someone else’s rights or contains malicious code.

Your career data stays yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process it to provide the service (extracting facts, generating resumes, and matching jobs), as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for reviewing AI-generated resumes before sending them anywhere.

Paid plans are not yet available; the service is currently provided without charge. Before any paid plan launches, this section will be updated with pricing, the refund policy, and how cancellation works, and you will be asked to accept the updated terms before being charged.

You can stop using MemoryCV at any time and delete your account from Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users; where reasonable we will warn you first.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Resume text and job matches are generated by AI from the facts you provide; they can contain mistakes, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or the accuracy of job postings supplied by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the configured MemoryCV operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or, if you have paid nothing, 50 USD. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law must be configured before public account creation opens.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update this page and the date at the top, and flag material changes in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use MemoryCV after a change means you accept the updated terms.
